First, prepare your intestinal tract for probiotics. Take two Enzalase at night on an empty stomach with two scoops of TruFiber in an 8 oz glass of water. Doing this for ten days creates an environment that is optimal for probiotic colonization. This very gentle colon cleanse will not cause spastic or violent evacuation like harsh chemical stimulants.
Following the ten day cleanse, take one Theralac a day for two weeks, followed by two a week thereafter. This will load your intestinal tract with probiotics, and maintain good gut flora. During this time, keep taking one scoop of TruFiber daily. This enhances the effectiveness of Theralac and improves regularity.
Enzalase dose can be reduced to one a day. Take with your heaviest meal of the day, or the one that might give you difficulty. For example: if you're lactose intolerant but want to have a slice of cheesy pizza, take an Enzalase with that meal.
Probiotic Rotation is an excellent idea - more (diversity) is better. Once you taper down to taking Theralac twice a week, it is time to introduce TruFlora. Alternate taking two TruFlora one week and two Theralac the next. Continue to alternate both products.
This health maintenance protocol may not be enough. If you have GI "Issues", it might be best to continue taking one Theralac every day for 30 days... ...or beyond. You'll have to be the judge of what dose works best for you. We currently have many customers who continue to take Theralac every day. Our main goal is to have you take the least amount with the greatest effectiveness, thereby saving you money.
Candida or Yeast Problems may require more TruFlora than Theralac. TruFlora is our probiotic formulation that battles yeast and Candida. Some customers regularly take one or even two TruFlora every day. You may have to do the same until you find some relief. The length of time you may have to take this dose can vary because of the nature of "the beast". Candida and Yeast are often difficult to manage.

Shipping Probiotics With an Ice Pack is Actually a Bad Idea.
With Summer on the way, we wanted to do a reprint of an article we did last year. This same question comes up a lot every year as the weather starts getting warmer, so here it is:
Here at Master Supplements, Inc. we are frequently asked by our customers if we ship our products packed in ice. The answer is simply "it's not necessary".
Because of the advanced manufacturing processes and packaging we use, our products are stable for several weeks without refrigeration. They are also stable to relatively high temperatures. (Over 110 Fahrenheit) Long term ALL probiotics should be refrigerated, but for a short trip to you from us, there is no concern.
We tested our product Theralac after it was exposed to high temperatures for prolonged periods of time and found that the guaranteed 30 Billion CFU was still met!
Since our packaging is "Totally Inert" due to a number of technologies we employ, we minimize the adverse effects from short term heat exposure.
Freezing Probiotics:
Not all probiotics are created equal, so freezing is NOT always a good idea. Some companies who ship their products on dry ice may be causing damage to them by doing so. Unless the moisture content is very low and the product packaged in such a way as to avoid moisture from getting in, freezing can damage probiotics.
Freezing causes ice crystals to form and ice crystals can damage cells such as those in probiotics. When we make and package our products such as Theralac and TruFlora, strict controls and standards assure a 2-4% moisture content or less. This means we can ship our products on ice, but again because of our tightly controlled manufacturing and packaging processes we don't need to. Why should you pay extra to ship ice packs you don't need? PLUS if ice packs do melt, they get hot and stay hot - and that's no good either!
